HVAC Mechanic - Journeyman - Mobile/Truck Based
SUMMARY
Services, maintains, calibrates, adjusts, inspects, diagnoses and repairs HVAC & equipment including heating, ventilation, compressed air, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment such as boilers, cooling towers, water chillers, pumps, freezers, refrigerators, air conveyance systems, gas heaters, and complex hydronic systems using direct digital or analog control devices and timing switches.
HVAC Electrician - Journeyman – Mobile/Truck-Based
SUMMARY
Performs troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of electrical devices and components, Reads and interprets schematics and wire diagrams, Utilizes multimeters and oscilloscopes, Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, Installs and repairs power distribution systems and cables, etc
Plumber – Journeyman (Mobile)
SUMMARY
Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of systems and associated equipment, Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis, Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports of system status as director by supervisor, Conduct inspections of plumbing systems and associated hardware and equipment.
Mobile Service Dispatcher & Scheduler
SUMMARY
Responds to routine questions and requests for information, Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls to the appropriate individual, Creates and distributes service requests for service staff and closes them out once work is completed, Distributes work orders and closes out all service request tickets, etc.
